Neal and I went to the Paul McCartney concert at the new Cowboy’s Stadium in Arlington, Texas with John P. and his wife. Here are a couple Qik videos from the N97:
Songs: Give Peace a Chance, Let It Be
Songs: Live and Let Die, Hey Jude

Interesting.
I’m curious, how did you feel the sound quality was in the stadium? I knew several people that went to the George Strait concert, and they said it wasn’t that great. I think the sheer size of the inside, and the way sound bounces off of everything in there, I could see where lots of stuff gets drowned out.
I’m so close to the stadium (less than 3 miles), I probably could have stood outside and heard the concert!

It was very loud! Lots of people wearing ear plugs.

Careful, Cali. These free, illegal videos may make other people want to buy tickets and go to a Paul M. concert. And all because you wanted to show other people how awesome the experience of actually being there really is. Shame.

Ok, so you went to watch the show on the big TV monitors – can’t see the bad much at all from the video

Thanks a lot for posting those videos Cali, Paul is the best, and I have never been in one of his concerts

I’ve seen Paul three times,….the first time was with the Beatles in 1965! He’s been fantastic every time. Lots of energy and great voice. Thanks for the videos, Cali!
