An Important Change in My Life
There’s no way to say this easily, so I’m just coming right out and saying it. Around the beginning of the year, Neal and I separated, and are in the process of a divorce. At this time, details are not important. Unfortunately, some marriages just don’t work out, and I’ll leave it at that.
We have still been working together to produce GeekBrief.TV, and I hope that can continue throughout the process. Obviously, this isn’t a happy time for either of us, but compared to what I hear of other divorces, it’s been on the more pleasant side of things.
I won’t be answering any questions of a personal nature, please understand. This is challenging both from an emotional and professional perspective for both of us, especially given the public nature of our jobs and marriage. I hope we can continue to count on everyone’s support and kindness as we get through this process.
Professionally speaking, I am incredibly amazed at the last four years. You guys are fantastic. You’ve always been there for us, and I’m looking forward to the years ahead with you. It’s my intention to always bring you shiny, happy tech news, and no matter what, I’ll always be the same Cali you’ve come to know on the show.
