I fell in love with technology when I was 8 when I spotted my mom typing on a word processor. That was it for me!
At the age of 14, I began learning to code and built my first website from scratch (on HTML…yep, I’m old!).
My passion is helping people embrace technology who don’t think technology is for them.
I speak a lot about social media, technology and the future of tech at corporate events and conferences around the country. For more information on having me speak at your event, click here.
I’m really going to miss your show. I hope you start it up again. Best of luck to you.
I was heartbroken when I heard that GeekBrief was ending! But I went to your site and now I am really, really, really, really excited about GeekBeat!!!! I can’t want until Monday to see it!
I had no idea all the changes were going on because I’ve been offline for a little over a month. I just happened to try to catch up with Geekbrief.tv today and now I see all the changes. Thanks for all your fun, amusing and honest technology reviews. I’m passing the word.
I never really got into watching podcast until I found Geekbrief.tv one day when I was looking for more info on the 3G iPhone. I never bought the first iPhone but when the 3G was announced and I ran out of stuff to read about it on Apples web site I started Googling iPhone… “Yes, I Googled”… At some point I found a cute little Podcast with an equally cute and bubbly host called GeekBrief. I was hooked from the first episode I saw. I had no idea there were so many cool gadgets in the world. My only source for gadgets at the time was ThinkGeek. I have learned so much from GeekBrief. Gadgets, Social Networking, wordpress, iPhone apps, Apple tech, robots and bacon. I’m sad to see it end and sad to hear about the changes in your life but know it’s all for the best.
Now having just bought my 3rd iPhone (black 32GB iPhone 4) I’m looking forward to filling it with GeekBeat episodes and also look forward to hearing about all the great new things your life as to offer. I can’t wait to watch the new show and wish you the best of luck.

Will miss Geekbrief- it was a great show couldn’t go without my fix of it! Glad to see your doing a new show, already subscribed and can’t wait till June 28th. Keep up the good work! We love you Cali

Glad to see that you have gotten “on board” with the Revision3 folks. I got my TiVo HDXL subscribed to the RSS feed with no problem using the “custom RSS feed” option. You &/ the Revision3 folks should to talk with the TiVo folks about adding GeekBeat as a choice to the “identified” list on the TiVo. fwdim – It still shows Geek Brief as a valid choice. Hoping you have great success with the new show.
we’ll miss geekbrief, great show!
glad you’ll have a new one. keep going

hate to see a good thing come to an end, but glad to see you are on revision3 now. watch out for @shwood !
Ditto to what everyone else had to say! I’ve only been watching for a few months, but your show has been my favorite to watch everyday along with TED.
It’s starting to become a ritual where I come home from work, start up my PC (even though I’m on one all day) to watch your tech brief, and a TED presentation as I unwind.
Thank you for your hard work! keep your head up, continue what you were doing, and things will only get better.
P.S. I see you kicking major butt at Rev3. You rock Cali!
Cali, I dunno if I should thank you or blame you for all the time I spend watching stuff like Diggnation, Totally Rad Show, Tekzilla, Cranky Geeks, and so forth! Geekbrief was almost single-handedly responsible for getting me into the habit of watching video podcasts.
It’s too bad you couldn’t have retained “Geekbrief” but a rose by any other name, yadda yadda yadda…. Glad to see you’re now under the Revision3 banner!
Hi Cali, Glad to see you back. It was very disappointing to see GeekBrief end – I watched it from early days and you are simply inspirational!
Hey Luria,
Good luck with the new venture. I’ll be one of your loyal followers to support you in your new endeavors. Your talent will make you successful at anything you do!

This article comes on and on, successful, without any beautification ingredient, but have the very strong power. Especially make the detailed elaboration at the first view, caused the human to look easily to have the sympathetic chord, I also very approved author’s viewpoint. Approves!
